Include your event name

Tell us the event name and date, the device you used and what happened. Include an error reference if one appeared. Never send your owner passcode, payment card information or Google credentials.

Upload interrupted?

Keep the page open and choose Retry remaining files. Completed files are skipped. If the page was closed or the session expired, select the files again. A reliable connection helps with videos.

Report a memory

Use Report this memory in a shared guest gallery. The host can review the report and hide the upload. For an urgent concern or a deletion request, contact us directly and identify the event and memory.

Access and deletion

Closing uploads stops new contributions. Access expiry stops online viewing. Neither action automatically deletes stored originals. Ask us to remove stored content, and we’ll verify the request with the event host before handling it.
