Free setup includes your event page, printable QR and RSVP tools. Open photo uploads in your event settings: 25 photos, 10 MB each, 250 MB total. Paid checkout is not yet available. No card required and no payment is taken.
Before you invite your guests

Is this a replacement for our photographer?
No. Your photographer captures the professional story. Guest Gallery collects the candid moments and perspectives your friends and family capture alongside it.
Can anyone see our photos?
Keep your event links private. Guests with the upload link can contribute; gallery management requires the event owner’s signed-in account. Guest viewing is optional and shows only host-approved memories. Share the host link only with the person managing your event.
What happens after 30 days?
Standard online access ends 30 days after the event. Download your originals before then. Expiry does not automatically delete stored files; contact us for a deletion request.
Will it work without Wi-Fi?
Uploads need an internet connection. Guests can keep their photos on their phones and upload later while the event is open. For interrupted uploads, keep the page open and use Retry remaining files.
