Using your guest gallery

Share with permission

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and deliver it to the event host and, when the host enables sharing and approves it, to viewers of the event’s guest gallery. Promotional use on Majestic websites and social media requires a separate optional opt-in on the upload form. See the media use notice for details.

Respect other guests

Do not upload illegal content, harassment, threats, sexually explicit material, malware or content you have no right to share. Hosts may decline, hide or remove uploads and block further contributions from an identified device. Report concerns through the gallery or contact support.

Limits and availability

Each event has a storage allowance and access window. The initial package supports up to 5 GB per event, 50 MB per file (20 MB for photos routed to SmugMug) and 25 files per upload batch, with a maximum of 2,000 files. Online access normally ends 30 days after the event unless another arrangement is confirmed. Hosts can close uploads earlier. Download and keep your own copy before access ends.

Orders and billing

Confirm your event package and availability with Majestic before paying. The introductory offer is $19.99 for one event for the first 50 paid launch events. Any recurring extension must be separately selected and disclosed before payment. Existing confirmed customer arrangements remain in effect. Contact support for billing questions, cancellation or refund requests.

Features still in development

Video exports and new printed-album orders are not included in the launch package. An album draft or approval is not confirmation that a physical order has been printed or shipped.

Support

Contact Majestic about service issues, billing or content removal. Access expiry is separate from deletion of stored originals.
